It’s time to rebuild our
Westside — for all of us.
District 11 is a magical part of Los Angeles—not just for our beaches and green space, but for our rich cultural history and diversity. The Westside is home to incredible food, vibrant arts, and tight-knit communities of families, small businesses, and neighbors who look out for one another.
But CD11 has become one of the least affordable districts in the city. The very people who built this community are being priced out. Rents have skyrocketed while wages stagnate, forcing families from their homes and pushing too many onto our streets without a path back to stability. January’s wildfires devastated entire neighborhoods, adding even more strain as we fight to rebuild.
Our campaign is about fighting for a Westside where everyone—workers, renters, and owners—has a future. We’ll invest in real solutions with lasting impact, including:
Protecting our natural spaces and building long-term climate resilience.
Making the Westside affordable for families of every background and income.
Ensuring public safety through prevention, crisis response, and equitable access to resources.
Defending civil rights against unprecedented attacks.
Putting people—not corporate interests—at the center of City Hall.
Faizah isn’t a politician—she’s a lifelong advocate for working families. After years fighting for policy change, she knows this: City Hall needs bold leadership.
It’s time to rebuild our Westside—for all of us.
